Las Palmas Phase I & II Homeowners Association (HOA) is seeking a qualified and motivated On-Site Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our community and providing support to residents and the Board of Directors. Common Area Fee Increase 

​

Effective September 1 ,2025 Common Area Fees (CAF) will be increased to $260.00 a month to cover the cost of services that benefit the entire Las Palmas I and II community, such as the monthly maintenance of common areas, insurance premiums and utilities.

Conference

Annual Homeowners Association Meeting

 

Sunday, September 29,2024  we conducted our long-awaited Annual Homeowners Association Meeting. If you attended or sent in a proxy, we thank you for your presence and participation in this meeting that lasted about 2 hours. Because a quorum was not obtained we were not able to have any voting on issues but did have a healthy conversation regarding your property. Our upcoming Annual Homeowners Meeting for 2025 will be announced soon notices and proxies will be sent out to all Homeowner's in a timely manner.

Illegal Dumping

As a reminder, please refrain from disposing of these items as the HOA will be charged additional fees for disposal. If you or your tenants are seen disposing of these items, your unit will be issued a penalty along with a disposal fee. If you see residents disposing of these items, please report it to the guards immediately for action.

Summer Swim

Pool is now open

 

Thank you for your patience while the pool fencing was replaced. The pool is now open and we hope you enjoy the upgraded surroundings including the fence and pool furniture. Enjoy your swim, but stay safe!

Lawnmower

Property maintenance awarded to JJ Global

 

Since February 2022 the property maintenance was taken over by the contractor JJ Global. They will be responsible under the direction of the property manager, Rochelle Sugiyama , RE/MAX Diamond Realty, to maintain the common area lawn and plants, sidewalks, pool, tennis court, pavilions and special projects like water blasting building roofs.
