Las Palmas Phase I and II is a family-friendly community centrally located in Macheche, Dededo. There are three phases of PGD Las Palmas. Phases I and II consist of 192 two-story townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each unit has an upstairs and downstairs lanai. The layout and square footage of the units are slightly different in Phase I and Phase II.
Phases I and II share a Homeowners Association and Board of Directors. Phase III has its own HOA and Board.
